There is a on/off switch controlling Citizen COB, the dimmer knob adjust the brightness of Bridgelux COB from 0% to 100%. Turn on the Citizen COB for all stage growing. When seeding, adjust Bridgelux COB to 0%~30%; when growing leaves, adjust it to 30%~60%; when bloom, turn it to 60%~100%; get DIY spectrum what you need for plant different all stage growth.
