Can I have my order delivered?

Yes, of course you can! At LiteBox Furniture, we offer flexible delivery times. Just let us know which day and time work best for you. We will be more than happy to deliver your order straight to you.

Where do the proceeds from my order go?

At LiteBox Furniture, we are involved with numerous community outreach programs and organizations. Proceeds from your order go directly into art projects, creative fundraisers, social justice advocacy, or animal rescue missions! With your support, we are able to help more people and save more animals. Thank you for your support!

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. We accept returns on items that are unused and in their original conditions. We will refund your full order amount, minus return shipping costs. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away by emailing support@liteboxfurniture.com. Please send a description of the damages, a photo, and your order number. These kinds of returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and we will try our best to work on a satisfactory solution. 

Can I check the status of my order?

Absolutely. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to become available. 

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your tracking number after receiving your confirmation email, please email us at support@liteboxfurniture.com so we can assist you in resolving this issue.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, you may pick up your order in-store! We are conveniently located, making pick-up simple and hassle-free. Select “Local Pick-Up” at check out and we will send you a confirmation email with specific pick-up instructions. 

Can you help me to donate a rescue animal?

Yes, we can! At LiteBox Furniture, we are passionate about animal rescue. With our own personal missions and connections with kill-free shelters, we have access to dozens of animals that are ready to find a new loving home! Contact us today to find out how you can donate an animal.
